PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU ARE A LOCAL SCHOOL TEACHER, YOUTH LEADER (OR POTENTIAL JUNIOR MEMBER) TO DISCUSS TASTER SESSIONS IN YOUR LOCAL AREA Korfball was originally developed by a Dutch school teacher in 1902, as a sport that would encourage cooperation between boys and girls at his school. CaNKorf formed its own Junior section in 2009 with some members progressing to the Adult team. There isn’t currently a separate Junior section, however, those aged 14 years old and above can join in with the main adult training session.

When and where we play

Please get in touch with us if you are interested in joining. The club meets on Tuesday evenings at 8:00pm in the main sports hall at Malbank School, Welsh Row, Nantwich CW5 5HD.This article offers free shipping on qualified Face mask products, or buy online and pick up in store today at Medical Department

What do you need to play?

You don’t need any special equipment to play korfball – just wear regular sports gear. It’s also a good idea to bring a bottle of water along so that you can have a drink during the breaks. New players under 18 will need to fill out a parental consent form, giving us contact details and details of any medical conditions, etc.

How much does it cost?

The first 4 training sessions are free (!) to allow you to try the sport to see if you like it before you join.

There are options to pay for training on a weekly or monthly basis. Training fees cover the cost of affiliation to England Korfball, hall hire and equipment. For further information about fee rates including concessions speak with the Club Treasurer.
